• Develop relevant content in both English and Chinese for IES’s social media platforms — includes Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, WeChat, Weibo and Tencent Video.

• Analyse social media and scheduling tools to draw insights about IES’s views, traffic and engagement

• Develop content relevant to each product/audience to be used in IES's marketing collateral, website and digital platforms

• Develop content for the media, including the distribution and follow up of media releases​

• Achievements: Increased followings across all IES's social media channels; invited as a speaker/panellist for IES's Chrysalis International Young Leaders Conference 2019​​
